The sauna has long since conquered our latitudes from the north. Sweating properly puts you in a good mood and strengthens your immune system. You will feel like a new person and sleep like a bear afterwards. Our saunas, 60°C Finnish sauna and 70°C bio sauna, are available to you every day from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And if the weather requires it or the guests wish, you are welcome to use the sauna earlier. For the breaks between sauna sessions, choose between the relaxation room and an open-air atrium.
Infrared cabin
The “Physiotherm” principle uses innovative infrared technology approaches to achieve a particularly gentle, efficient and safe application of heat. The two most important components of these infrared cabins are patented ceramic radiators filled with lava sand and low-temperature infrared technology. In this way, GRANDER® naturally increases the quality of your tap water. Revitalized water tastes fresh and is easy to drink - with our GRANDER® drinking fountain, it becomes a drinking experience!
In our fitness room in the basement, you will find cross trainers, ergometers, treadmills and dumbbells in all possible variations. Right next door is the gymnastics room, where various gymnastics courses are offered on weekdays as part of our activity program. If required, there are also wall bars for your exercises and digital scales to check your weight loss success.

A spacious indoor pool measuring 6 x 12 metres and with a pleasant water temperature of 28°C is waiting for you to swim your laps... Our indoor pool is available from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. How about water aerobics? It starts at 9 a.m. Monday to Friday. In the entrance area of the indoor pool you will find several showers and also access to our infrared cabins.
