BIO sauna with 90° C
The sauna has long since conquered our latitudes from the north. Sweating properly puts you in a good mood and strengthens your immune system. You will feel like a new person and sleep like a bear afterwards. Our saunas, 90°C Finnish sauna and 70°C bio sauna, are available to you every day from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And if the weather requires it or the guests wish, you are welcome to use the sauna earlier. For the breaks between sauna sessions, choose between the relaxation room and an open-air atrium.

In our fitness room in the basement, you will find cross trainers, ergometers, treadmills and dumbbells in all possible variations. Right next door is the gymnastics room, where various gymnastics courses are offered on weekdays as part of our activity program. If required, there are also wall bars for your exercises and digital scales to check your weight loss success.
