Our saunas, 90°C Finnish sauna and 70°C bio sauna, are available to you every day from 3:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. And if the weather requires it or the guests wish, you are welcome to use the sauna earlier. For the breaks between sauna sessions, choose between the relaxation room and an open-air atrium.

In our fitness room in the basement, you will find cross trainers, ergometers, treadmills and dumbbells in all possible variations. Right next door is the gymnastics room, where various gymnastics courses are offered on weekdays as part of our activity program. If required, there are also wall bars for your exercises and digital scales to check your weight loss success.
