Day 1: Arrival, Getting to Know Each Other and Settling In

3:00 pm: Welcome gathering in the lounge with tea and fruit, followed by a relaxing 90-minute yoga session to help you settle in

Day 2: Yoga and Hiking
2 July 2026

7:45 am: 75-minute Early Bird Yoga

9:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am: Easy hike lasting approx. 2.5 hours. If we find a beautiful, peaceful spot along the way, we may pause for a short meditation or a few yoga exercises.

6:30 pm: Dinner

Day 3: Yoga and Hiking
3 July 2026

7:45 am: 75-minute Morning Flow Yoga

9:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am: Extended hike, for example from the Imberg cable car in Oberstaufen-Steibis across the border into Austria. A relaxed stop for refreshments is naturally included. Duration: approx. 5 hours.

Anyone who does not wish to complete the full route can instead take a leisurely walk from the upper station of the Imberg cable car and enjoy the beautiful Allgäu countryside at their own pace.

Day 4: Yoga & Wellness
4 July 2026

7:45 am: 75-minute Balance & Serenity Yoga

9:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am: Easy hike lasting approx. 2.5 hours. If we find a beautiful, peaceful spot during the hike, we may pause for a short meditation or a few yoga exercises.

5:00 pm: Relaxation & Meditation, 60 minutes

6:30 pm: Dinner

Day 5: Yoga and Hochgrat Hike
5 July 2026

7:45 am: 75-minute Strength & Energy Yoga

9:00 am: Breakfast

10:00 am: Extended hike, for example taking the Hochgrat cable car to the upper station before climbing to the Hochgrat summit. Enjoy the views along the panoramic circular route, stop for refreshments at the Staufner Haus and then return to the valley station by cable car.

6:30 pm: Dinner

Day 6: Day at Leisure
6 July 2026

Today is yours to enjoy as you please. Relax, stroll through Oberstaufen, Immenstadt or Kempten, cycle to the Alpsee by e-bike, visit the Aquaria leisure pool or take a trip to Lake Constance.

Public transport throughout the Allgäu, four-hour admission to Aquaria and e-bike hire are included free of charge with your Oberstaufen PLUS Card.

Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:30 am

From 9:00 am, you may also join the hotel’s activity programme with sports instructor Peter, including Aquafit, back exercises, relaxation exercises and a guided hike with a refreshment stop from 1:00 to approx. 4:30 pm.

6:30 pm: Dinner

Day 7: Departure Day

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 to 10:30 am

After breakfast, you can begin your journey home or enjoy further activities in the surrounding area. Your Oberstaufen PLUS Guest Card remains valid for the entire day and gives you access to additional activities in and around Oberstaufen.
