Peter Jaros – Chef with heart and heritage

With over 30 years of experience at the stove, Peter Jaros brings genuine passion and an eventful culinary journey to the kitchen of the INTEREST VITALHOTEL. His cooking career began in Slovakia, took him to international cruise ships for two years, and then to Vienna to the renowned restaurant “Steirerstöckl.”

After working in renowned establishments in Oberstaufen, he ran the Gasthaus Engel in Weiler as an independent restaurateur for several years.

Today, as head chef at the hotel's restaurant “Beim Schweitzer,” he spoils guests with honest, regional Bavarian cuisine—with classic Allgäu specialties such as roast pork or onion roast, refined with subtle influences from European cuisine

4-course half board – dinner with soup, salad, main course with three choices, dessert

Low-carbohydrate diet according to Montignac - full board with lunch and dinner
 

Vegan, alkaline, practically salt-free Schroth cure - full board with lunch and dinner (approx. 850 kcal.)
